Yes, but you should only edit your own save as the host. Be careful not to corrupt shared farm data.
Will editing break my game?

How do I backup my Stardew Valley save?
Before editing, simply copy your entire save folder (e.g., FarmerName_123) to a safe location like your Desktop. If anything goes wrong, just paste it back.
What if my file says "Invalid"?
Ensure you are uploading the correct file (SaveGameInfo is NOT the save file). You need the file named like "FarmerName_123456". Also check if your game version is supported.
